Dogelly Terms and Conditions (hereinafter referred to as the “Rules”) govern the relationship between Dogelly and Internet users who have accessed Dogelly (hereinafter referred to as “users”, “you”).

You may use Dogelly in accordance with the provisions of these Rules and Policies for the processing and security of data of Dogelly users (Privacy policy). If you disagree with them, you need to stop using Dogelly.

1. What is Dogelly

Dogelly is an Internet site accessible at dogelly.com (including all levels of the domain) through the full and mobile versions,which is a collection of Dogelly intellectual property objects and information (administrative and user content) contained in theinformation system.

Dogelly is an electronic catalog of announcements about goods, services, vacancies and other offers (hereinafter referred toas “goods”), which users can offer and search on Dogelly in order to conclude transactions.

Dogelly can provide the service of escrow of the Buyer's funds on the Dogelly cryptocurrency wallet until the delivery of the Seller's goods to the Buyer. After the goods are delivered by the Seller to the destination specified by the Buyer when placing the order, Dogelly undertakes to transfer the deposited funds to the Seller's cryptocurrency wallet within 24 hours.

All issues related to the delivery of goods from the Seller to the Buyer are agreed exclusively between the Seller and the Buyer.

The Seller undertakes to notify Dogelly about the transfer of the goods to third parties (for example, a postal or transport company) in order to send the goods to the Buyer. In this case, the Seller must provide Dogelly with the international tracking code of the shipment.The Buyer undertakes to notify Dogelly of the receipt of the goods.

Dogelly is not responsible for the discrepancy between the properties and characteristics of the goods to specified by the Seller.

The seller assumes all actions and costs associated with ensuring the delivery of the goods to the Buyer.

Dogelly is not responsible for damage or loss of the goods by third parties delivering the goods from the Seller to the Buyer.

2. Registering to Dogelly

To register for Dogelly, you need to create a password and provide Dogelly with your email address, to which a confirmationlink will be sent. After registration, we will create your unique profile.By registering on Dogelly, you guarantee that you have all the rights and authority necessary to execute these Rules.

3. Login (authorization) to Dogelly

You can log in to your Dogelly profile (log in) using the email address specified in your profile and enter the password youcreated earlier (hereinafter referred to as “login details”).You must maintain the confidentiality and security of your Dogelly login information. If you have reason to believe thatsomeone has gained unauthorized access to them, let us know immediately. All actions performed on Dogelly by a personauthorized by your login information will be considered as committed by you. You are responsible for such actions.

4. User Information

The information that you provide the Dogelly about yourself must be accurate, relevant and must not violate the laws and rightsof third parties. You must update them in your Dogelly profile as necessary.We can at any time request the user documents or information to identify, confirm the accuracy of the information provided oryour credentials. If the user cannot provide them, we have the right to restrict access to his profile.We cannot guarantee that all the information that users indicate to Dogelly is true and that each user is really who theyare. Be cautious when making deals and choosing a party to a deal.We do not provide third parties with information about users and their content that are not publicly available, except asrequired by law (for example, at the request of some government bodies). However, we cannot be held responsible for third-partymisconduct with respect to your contact information and other information that you have made publicly available.

5. User Content

You are the owner of the information that you post on Dogelly in ads, public profile and reviews (hereinafter referred to as“user content”).Dogelly is not a distributor of user-generated content. You create, edit, post and make publicly available user content onDogelly without any involvement or coordination from the Dogelly. You must independently ensure its full compliance with thelaws of the your country, these Rules and the Rules for placing ads. By placing user content on Dogelly, you make it available to other Internet users. Dogelly does not censor user-generated content. We take actions to protect the rights and ensure compliance with the law onlyon the basis of the appeal of authorized persons in the prescribed manner. The purpose for which users place user content in a public profile and in ads is to enter into transactions with potentialBuyers who are looking for products on Dogelly. It is strictly forbidden to collect, retrieve, record, systematize, use,transmit, distribute, copy, reproduce and perform any other actions with respect to user content, including contact details ofSellers (including the use of automatic information processing) for purposes not specified in these Rules.

6. Messaging between users

Authorized users can use messages to discuss products and transaction rules. You should not use the message for any otherpurpose.User correspondence in messages is not personal. We have the right to selectively view the correspondence of users to ensurethe implementation of the rights and obligations under the Rules.

7. Communication with users

We can guide you:

system notifications that cannot be unsubscribed (for example, to confirm registration with Dogelly, report on actions withinindividual Dogelly services or on restricting access to a profile or announcements);service alerts related to your actions on Dogelly (for example, about receiving a message from another user, personalselections of ads of interest);advertising and marketing news and offers (including promotions and news from Dogelly and our partners, invitations toparticipate in research, tips from Dogelly).We may send you messages in the notification center on your profile, to the email address you provided on your profile, as wellas in messages on Dogelly. In some cases, we can also contact you by calling if you indicated it during registration. You can manage to receive news and offers of a marketing nature, as well as some service alerts in the settings of yourprofile. Depending on the device used, the settings functionality may vary.

8. Deleting a profile on Dogelly

You have the right to delete your Dogelly profile at any time by contacting support. Within 30 days from the moment ofprofile deletion at your initiative, you will not be able to use the e-mail address that was specified in the deleted profilefor the new registration on Dogelly.

9. Intellectual rights

All rights to use the network address (domain name) of Dogelly.com, to the Dogelly site as a whole and its intellectualproperty objects (including computer programs, databases, graphic design of the interface (design) and certain elements),proprietary name, trademarks / logos and other distinctive signs of the Company belong to Dogelly. The exclusive rights to the results of intellectual activity included in the composition of the user content belong to therespective users and rightholders. You guarantee that your user content does not violate the exclusive rights of third parties. By placing user content on Dogelly, you grant Dogelly a non-exclusive right (simple non-exclusive license) to use thiscontent and the intellectual property contained in it, on the following Rules: indefinitely, to operate in all countries of theworld; for use in any way on any information media - both with indication and without indication of the name of the author;with the right to transfer rights to third parties; to implement Dogelly legal rights and interests, ensure theimplementation of the Rules, as well as for marketing purposes and in commercial projects of Dogelly (Dogelly has the rightto keep archival copies of user-generated content and not to withdraw marketing materials that contain them from circulation)without giving a reward. Without the consent of Dogelly, it is prohibited to use (including, extract from the database, collect, record, organize,transmit, distribute, copy, reproduce) the user content and objects of the Dogelly's exclusive rights by any means and for anypurposes not provided for by these Rules (for example , to create a database, to place irrelevant calls to users in third-partyinformation systems), regardless of their size and coordination with specific users. We have the right to automatically apply Dogelly logos / watermarks to the photos you upload to prevent unauthorized copyingof user-generated content.

10. Other user responsibilities

By using Dogelly and interacting with Dogelly, you also agree to:

strictly comply with all legal requirements;comply with Dogelly Terms of Use, the rules for placing ads, as well as other Dogelly rules and Dogelly guidelines;do not use the functionality of Dogelly or information placed on Dogelly for purposes not provided for by these Rules;Do not use Dogelly or contact information received on Dogelly for spam mailings;Do not indicate to Dogelly contact phone numbers, the cost of calls for which exceeds the standard rate for an outgoing phonecall provided by the operator of the caller;not to use automated scripts (programs, bots, crawlers) to collect information on Dogelly or other interaction with the sitewithout the permission of Dogelly;not to post, not direct or otherwise use obscene language, erotic, vulgar or offensive images and texts, information andstatements that contain threats, provoke cruelty, hatred, disrespect or may lead to illegal actions, as well as otherinformation and other statements that do not comply with moral standards and business practices;Do not use Dogelly software to access Dogelly, view or place ads, without the permission of Dogelly, bypassing the usualuse of Dogelly.Do not download, store, distribute or otherwise use viruses and other malware on Dogelly;do not take actions that could lead to a disproportionately large load on the Dogelly infrastructure, restrict access toDogelly or otherwise interfere with the normal operation of the site.

11. Violations and consequences

We strive to make Dogelly a convenient and safe tool, so we reserve the right to conduct random inspection of theimplementation of Dogelly Rules by users at any time and at their discretion. If there is reason to believe that a violation of the law, the rights of third parties or these Rules has occurred or may occuron Dogelly using your profile, we may limit access to your profile temporarily or permanently, reject or block your ads orreviews, and suspend or restrict your access to certain Dogelly functionality. We also have the right to restrict access toDogelly from a specific IP address or range of IP addresses (for example, due to a DDoS attack or unauthorized use ofsoftware to perform actions on Dogelly). We may accept to restrict and restore access to the profile, as well as to determine the Rules for such restoration at ourdiscretion and without explanation of the reasons. If you restrict access to your Dogelly profile, you cannot use the phonenumbers specified in this profile to create a new Dogelly profile. We are not responsible for any losses incurred by users in connection with the adoption of measures to prevent and terminateviolations on Dogelly. We recommend saving a backup of your user content on your device. For violation of the law or the rights of third parties when using Dogelly, you may incur administrative, criminal or civilliability. Dogelly and its representatives are not liable to users or to any third parties for any indirect, incidental, unintentionaldamage, including lost profits or lost data, damage to honor, dignity or business reputation caused by the use of Dogelly.

12. Final provisions

The provisions of sections 2, 3, 6 - 8 of the Rules apply to users registered on Dogelly. All other provisions apply to allDogelly users, regardless of registration and authorization. Any form of interaction with Dogelly (including viewinginformation posted on it) confirms your acceptance of the Rules. Dogelly's commitment to providing access to Dogellyfunctionality is reciprocal with respect to your obligations to comply with the Rules. When there is no charge for usingDogelly, consumer protection laws are not applicable to the relationship between Dogelly and users. The provision ofcertain Dogelly functionality may be governed by special Rules. The functionality of Dogelly can be changed, supplemented or terminated at any time without prior notice to users. UsingDogelly is offered in the “as is” mode, that is, in the form and volume in which Dogelly provides the functionality ofDogelly at the moment of accessing them. We are not responsible for temporary disruptions and interruptions in Dogelly andthe loss of information caused by them. Dogelly may contain links to third-party sites. We do not control and are not responsible for the availability, content andlegality of such third-party sites.

We update Dogelly Terms of Use as needed. By continuing to use Dogelly after modifying these Rules, you agree to thechanges made to them.
